As part of an internal logistics innovation process, a <strong>conveying line composed of conveyor belts mod. PA 110<\/strong> has been created, which perfectly connects production with the shipping department. The robots on the injection molding machines place the boxes on an integrated conveyor; each of these production units feeds a central conveyor belt, which crosses the production department overhead and then descends to a carousel located in the shipping department. This large carousel allows to flexibly distribute the crates on different &#8222;pallet positions&#8220;, corresponding to customer orders. The conveyor mod. <strong>PA 110<\/strong>, the robust and versatile standard flat conveyor by <strong>MB Conveyors<\/strong>, has proven to be the perfect solution for this project.
