{"id":10095,"date":"2019-11-01T17:55:12","date_gmt":"2019-11-01T16:55:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mbconveyors.com\/?p=10095"},"modified":"2022-11-22T14:19:08","modified_gmt":"2022-11-22T13:19:08","slug":"dispensador-integrado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mbconveyors.com\/es\/dispensador-integrado\/","title":{"rendered":"N-DUCK &#8211; dispensador integrado en transportador"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=\u00bb16122&#8243; img_size=\u00bbfull\u00bb][vc_single_image image=\u00bb10089&#8243; img_size=\u00bbfull\u00bb][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00bb2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<strong>MAIN FEATURES<\/strong><br \/>\nThe N-Duck dispenser is specifically designed to be integrated onto MB conveyors and become part of it.<br \/>\nIts chute has a total rotation range of 240 \u00b0 (+\/- 120 \u00b0 off the longitudinal axis of the conveyor), and within such range it is possible to set up to 9 unloading points,\u00a0<strong>always at the same distance from each other<\/strong>, using the control panel installed on the conveyor.<br \/>\nChute rotation speed: 240\u00b0 in about 3 seconds<\/p>\n<p><strong>N-DUCK TRANSMISSION GROUP<\/strong><br \/>\n-Voltage: 400V \/ 50 Hz<br \/>\n-With pre-wired connection kit<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW IT WORKS<\/strong><br \/>\nAll N-Duck dispenser functions are managed, as a standard, by an MB Base Control panel, where it is possible to set:<br \/>\n\u2013 Number of unloading points<br \/>\n\u2013 Product filling modes:<br \/>\n\u2022 IMM cycle count<br \/>\n\u2022 Timed filling<\/p>\n<p><strong>ALARMS<\/strong><br \/>\nIf during chute rotation an obstacle is found, the device stops immediately and the word \u201cALARM DUCK\u201d appears on the display.
