On 6 February 1985, MB Conveyors was founded. Today, more than forty years later, MB is recognised as one of the most solid companies in the industrial handling sector, becoming a benchmark in the production of high‑quality conveyor belts.
On this special day, local newspaper Il Giornale di Vicenza dedicated an in‑depth article to our story, retracing the values and choices that have guided the company’s growth over the years:
- A solid and skilled team, with employees who have been with us since the very beginning and an average seniority of 15 years. In 2025, MB chose to acknowledge this commitment by awarding each employee a welfare bonus of €75 for every year of service: a gesture that highlights how people are considered the company’s most important asset.
- Uncompromising quality, further reinforced by the introduction of a 5‑year extended warranty on all MB Conveyors products: a concrete sign of confidence in our solutions, and a way to thank the customers who have supported MB throughout its growth.
- Continuous innovation, with ongoing investments in new technologies and, more recently, in artificial intelligence projects developed in collaboration with a national centre of excellence and Confindustria. These initiatives aim to improve internal processes and introduce new value‑added services for customers. Because technological progress does not replace the experience gained over forty years — it enhances it, providing new tools to support decision‑making and efficiency.
