CONFIGURATIONS
PA 110 FOR INSTALLATION IN A CONVEYING LINE
- Mod. PA conveyor belt with special 30/50 diameter heads to facilitate product transfer from one conveyor to the next.
- The central drive unit positioned under the belt, the textured PVC belt and the end of travel photocell complete with electromechanical control panel can be seen in this version.
- Note the special vibration-damping feet and casters
PA 110 WITH CENTRAL SUPPORT AND ADJUSTABLE SIDE PANELS
- Mod. PA 110 conveyor on central floor-mounted support complete with manually operated lift/lower device adjusted by a handwheel.
- The side panels can be adjusted to ensure the product is properly channelled as it is conveyed.
- These types of side panels are especially suitable for conveying flasks, bottles and containers in general.
PA 110 COMPLETE WITH CENTRAL PARTITIONS
- The photo alongside shows how use of polyzene partitions can create several conveying lanes on the same conveyor.
- The positions of the partitions are not fixed but adjustable using special clamps.
- The oblique parts of the partitions channel the product outside the conveyor, facilitated by the smoothness of the belt installed.
PA 110 WITH BELT COMPLETE WITH ``BANDE BOARD``
- The photo alongside shows how the conveyor belt is divided into several lanes by heat-welding a strip of “Bande Board” in the longitudinal direction.
- The diameter of the rollers on PA 110 allows h 30/50 mm “Bande Board” to be used while the function can be multi-purpose:
– Creating separate lanes when several products that must not come into contact with each other are conveyed
– Supporting products that must not touch the flat surface of the belt
PA 110 INSTALLED UNDER A PRESS
- The photo alongside shows a conveyor designed for installation in a press at right-angles.
- The conveyor is complete with a chute to collect product leaving the mould in AISI 304 stainless steel sheet, sized to accurately cover the entire area through which the product passes after leaving the mould.
- Polycarbonate guards prevent the product from being soiled by leaking oil or other contaminants.
PA 110 WITH RIGHT-ANGLED TRANSFER
- A right-angled transfer section between flat conveyors is shown in the photo alongside.
- This solution is only proposed after accurate tests have been conducted.
- It is ideal when cardboard or plastic containers are conveyed.
OVERLAPPING PA 110 WITH POLYCARBONATE DUST GUARDS
- Conveyor line formed by two overlapping PA 110 about 17 m in length.
- Both conveyors have structural Polycarbonate covers.
- The covers can be fitted with sliding doors to allow product to be removed for quality control purposes.
BELT CONVEYOR SYSTEM FOR AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS
- A conveying system for vehicle fenders is shown in the photo alongside.
- The system comprises two parallel but independent lines.
- The center distance between the lines and the work height can be changed, allowing this system to be used for products with different dimensional characteristics.
