T-CONVEYOR
CONTAINER FILLING SYSTEM FOR PREFORMS
- The T-Conveyor is designed for:
– Collecting products from the IMM
– Conveying and storing in purpose-made containers
– Quantity management by counting the moulding cycles - Solution proposed when there is less risk of damage to the preforms when they drop into the container, as it is not equipped with descending hoppers

- The VIBRATING PLATFORMS (PV) are an important addition to the T-Conveyor system. Installed under the containers, they allow the product storage capacity to be increased from +5% to +12/15%
Operating logic
- The mod. CP conveyor receives the preforms at the production outlet and conveys them to distributor PA
- The mod. PA conveyor channels the preforms into the two containers according to a pre-determined logic
- The control panel, complete with PLC on request, handles the filling logic

T CONVEYOR - CONTROL PANEL
- The photo alongside shows the control panel which handles the sequence by which the dedicated containers are filled with preforms
- The quantity of preforms placed in the containers is determined by the moulding cycle counts, thus the press must transmit a voltage-free A/C signal at each cycle
- Once the first container has been filled, the mod. PA reverses its direction of travel and begins to fill the second container. At the same time, an audible-visual alarm warns the operator that the filled container must be removed and replaced by an empty one
T-CONVEYOR

- The T-Conveyor is used for filling two separate containers with product
- Octabin containers are usually used in the PET industry, except when galvanized mesh cages are used
- The image alongside shows the Polycarbonate guard which covers the entire conveyor, including the switch from conveyor mod. CP to mod. PA
T-CONVEYOR COMPLETE WITH VIBRATING PLATFORMS
- The vibrating platforms on which the above mentioned containers are placed can be seen in the photo alongside
- The control panel logic comprises a series of programs which control the vibrating platforms depending on the technical-dimensional features of the preforms and the container model used
CP-PA VERSION
- The photo alongside shows a T-Conveyor system in which a conveyor without flat upper section is used for receiving and elevating the product
