As anticipated during K exhibition in Düsseldorf, 2020 represents a turning point in MB Conveyors‘ production approach, what we have called “Green Deal”
We decided to invest in the product, with a series of technical improvements, keeping an eye to environmental sustainability.
And it is in this direction that the strategic innovations introduced this year by MB point at:
– The reconfiguration of the drive units not only allows to guarantee maximum reliability and worldwide assistance, but also a considerable improvement in performance and, above all, a reduction in energy consumption of 33%.
– Our new aluminum housings represent a fundamental improvement from the point of view of mechanical strength and durability, reducing the production of plastic waste, as well as being strategic for the dispersion of electrostatic charges
– The introduction of MB Switch and MB Switch Duo On / Off switches ensures better motor protection thanks to the electronic current limiter with self-learning, while the M12 metal connectors guarantee the quality of the wiring.
– our new belt specifications developed with the manufacturers ensure even higher quality, with a significant extension of the product’s life, and consequent reduction of the environmental impact.
We are convinced that a special attention to the green targets is becoming more and more important for all companies looking to the future, also and especially in the plastics industry.
