MB Conveyors presents its new FSRV PLUS, the new generation stand-alone spiral roller separator, conceived to improve the traditional spiral roller performance and achieve an extremely precise and effective separation of product and sprue.
► PRECISION: Longer spiral roller for a better separation effectiveness. The roller is fixed on both ends to ensure maximum precision and perfect parallelism with the chute. ► ADJUSTMENT: Loading and unloading height adjustable with gas pistons. Gap between roller and chute adjustable by means of a central handwheel, complete with position indicator
► RELIABLITY: The brush placed over the spiral roller prevents the sprues from passing above the roller itself
