CONFIGURATIONS
Box filling and accumulation system comprising a flat conveyor + Roller conveyor
- A PA 110 conveyor on which the empty containers are placed.
- A Roller conveyor for accumulating filled containers
- A Polycarbonate dust guard with a hole through which product passes
Idle Roller conveyor with adjustable side panel
- Solution used for storing filled containers at the end of the conveyor line
- The standard Roller conveyor consists of idle rollers with galvanized sheet metal cover
- The choice of diameter and pitch of the rollers depends on the dimensions and weight of the container to be conveyed
PA conveyor complete with final Roller conveyor for accumulating filled containers
- System for storing filled containers at the end of the conveyor line using a roller conveyor instead of a Roller conveyor.
- Four lanes with self-supporting idle rollers are used in this application.
- The centre distance and number of roller ways depend on the dimensions and weight of the containers to be stored

- In this application the function of the Roller conveyor is to receive the product and store it before it is picked up by the operator
